## Overview
Green Clean Mobile Wash provides commercial catch basin cleaning and vacuuming for warehouses, transportation yards, retail plazas, condominiums, and underground parking facilities across the Greater Toronto Area. We remove accumulated water, road grit, sand, silt, leaves, and sludge from catch basins and sump pits using commercial vacuum equipment — available seven days a week with low-clearance units for below-grade access.

Flooding? Bad smells? Drain not doing its job? Time to clean out that catch basin. We provide **professional catch basin vacuuming and drainage system cleaning** for underground garages, commercial lots, plazas, and any property that needs to stay flood-free and functional.

 ### **Why Catch Basin Cleaning Matters**

Catch basins are your first line of defence against water damage. They collect stormwater and trap debris before it clogs up the sewer system. But when they fill up with **sand, litter, and sludge**, it’s game over – **you’re at risk of flooding, pavement damage, and costly repairs.**

That’s why regular vacuuming is key. We keep your drainage infrastructure flowing the way it should – **clean, compliant, and worry-free.**

 ## Catch Basin Cleaning – Before, After & In Action

Clogged drains don’t just look bad – they put your property at risk. In the *before* photo, a blocked **catch basin** caused serious **flooding at a commercial loading dock** in the GTA. Water damage, safety hazards, and operational delays were all on the table.

In the *after* shot, you can see the difference our **professional catch basin cleaning services** make. The area is dry, clean, and functioning like it should – thanks to proper **vacuuming, flushing, and drainage cleaning**.

**Watch the video to see our team in action.** From underground garages to commercial plazas, we use specialized equipment to deliver fast, effective, and **eco-friendly catch basin vacuuming across the Greater Toronto Area.**

 ## What We Do – Start to Finish

We don’t just show up and suck out the water—we deliver a full, professional service built to protect your property, your people, and your peace of mind.

 ### **Catch Basin Cleaning & Sump Pit Vacuuming**

We remove the built-up sand, dirt, and debris that cause flooding and backup. Our high-suction equipment gets deep into the basin and sump pit for a full clean—not just a surface rinse.

 ### **Power Flushing of Connected Drain Lines**

It’s not enough to clear the basin if the lines are still blocked. We flush out the drain pipes to keep water flowing freely through your entire system.

 ### **Waste Collection & Responsible Disposal**

All collected material is properly handled and disposed of in accordance with local environmental regulations—**eco-friendly and fully compliant**.

 ### **Service for Above- & Below-Ground Systems**

From outdoor parking lots to tight underground garages, our equipment is built to get in, get the job done, and get out without disruption.

 ### **Tailored Cleaning for Underground Garages, Commercial Parking Lots, and Plazas**

Every property is different. That’s why we assess your site, understand your access points, and provide a service plan that fits your layout—and your schedule.

 ## **Specialized Equipment for Tight Spaces**

Our vacuum units are **compact, propane-powered**, and built for **low-clearance and underground work**. They deliver strong suction with **minimal noise and low emissions**—perfect for residential buildings and tight spots where traditional trucks can’t go.

And because safety is non-negotiable, we **monitor carbon monoxide levels** during every job to protect your staff, tenants, and visitors.

 ## **Affordable, Honest Pricing**

Catch basin cleaning doesn’t need to cost a fortune. While some charge upwards of $1,500, **our services start at just $500**, depending on access, location, and how many basins you’ve got.

Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. I called Green Clean for an estimate to clean the catch basin at the back of the and the service was excellent. The guy was on time and made sure the basin was really clean and dry. And the pricing did not change like some other companies. Thank you.

Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. I rarely leave reviews, but this one is well deserved. The power washing tennis courts exceeded expectations—attention to detail, consistency, and overall quality were outstanding. What really stood out was the work ethic of the person who did the job. He was incredibly dedicated and took real pride in his work. He stayed late to make sure everything was completed properly, even working into the night to finish the job. That level of commitment is hard to find. The difference compared to previous work we’ve had done is night and day. The courts look absolutely amazing. If this is the standard this company delivers, I would highly recommend them.
